Make a Booking

1. The requested type of tour and departure date.

2. Full name as per passport.

3. Date of birth.

4. Nationality and country of passport you will be travelling on.

5. Passport number.

6. Passport issue and expiry dates.

7. Notice of any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your booking.

8. Promo Code (if you have been provided one).

Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details.

Once we have received this information, we will request a deposit via email in accordance with the bookings terms and conditions.  

Due to banking sanctions and the state of the banking system in Iraq, we kindly request that this deposit be made via an intermediary bank - details of which will be provided via email. These deposits will be held subject to clauses 7, 8, 9 and 27 of our bookings terms and conditions. We request that the balance be paid in person on arrival in USD cash. We regret that we simply cannot accept credit cards directly at this time and reassure you that we are working hard to change this.
